What is the difference between DVD/CD Replication and DVD/CD Duplication?
Replication is a process where a metal master or stamper is made from the original source and the CD's are actually molded with all the information going onto the finished CD. Duplication is a process where the information is stored on a hard drive of a computer and then written to blank CD media.

What are the different sizes of CD's and how much information do they hold?
  • The standard size CD can hold 700 MB
  • The 80mm round can hold 185 MB
  • The business card and hockey rink can each hold 50 MB

What is the difference between a DVD-5, DVD-9 and DVD-10?
  • DVD-5 Single Side 4.7 G (133 minutes)
  • DVD-9 Dual Layer 8.5 G (240 minutes)
  • DVD-10 Double Side 9.4 G (133 minutes per side)

How do I get my job started?

  • Have I visited the PSI website and obtained the correct templates?
  • How long will my job take to complete?
  • Will PSI ship out my job to various locations for me?
